The East Anglian Trophy details for 2012
Set this year by Andy Raggett.

Great news! The pump in picture 6 has had its restoration work
completed!
Every
year someone in the section sets a challenge for us all.
Usually it is the winner of the previous year’s challenge that gets the chance to set it, but anyone can submit a challenge before the Christmas party each year.
The principle is always straight forward, the hard part (for it would not be called a challenge if it were that simple) usually involves getting out on your bike and finding places and/or land marks within the five counties of our section and then taking a photograph of you and/or your bike as evidence that you were there.
You should submit your entries to the setter before (or at) the AGM which is early October.
The judging is performed by the challenge setter and, because there may be many complete entries, the manner in which you present your results / evidence can also go much towards winning.
The winner is awarded the East Anglia Trophy – yes it is actually a real trophy – at the Christmas bash.
There are 2 ways of getting a printed copy to take with you on your travels:
- Click on each of the following scanned pages to see it full-sized and then you can print it to take with you. Every web browser I have come across gives you the option to “scale to fit” a picture to a printed page, make sure you use that option.
* Don’t forget to print out all the pages or you might miss something * - Click here to download a (large, but better quality) Adobe PDF document with them all in and print that
Good Luck!
