Welcome to the Mercia Section Website
In late 2024 the Mercia section was unable to form a committe and so had to be suspended. Its members were re-allocated to the sections closest to them geographically (unless they requested a specific section) which in most cases was the Midland Section.
The Midland section now organise some regular meets in the area that used to be considered the Mercia section so please use the following links to get involved in the section actvities:
The area that used to be represented by the Mercia section is as far north as Cheshire and Derbyshire, down to Worcestershire Warwickshire in the south. From Shropshire in the west over to Leicestershire in the east. As a guide areas west of the M1 as can be seen in the rough map below:
If you feel you can get together with 4 other members who live in the Mercia / East Midlands area and would like to re-form the Mercia committee then that would be welcomed by the Club. All you would need to do is contact us by email at president@bmwclubuk.net sending the names and membership numbers of the volunteers.
