Christmas is coming! To confirm your place you will need to pay £18.00 per person* and send me your menu choices by 21st November at the very latest to get the agreed price. Price includes a starter, main meal and a dessert followed by coffee and a mince pie.

* This is a special deal for bookings taken from Club members before 21st November, the meal will cost £25 per person after that date (if there are any spaces left) so book early!

† So you can either print the form and fill it in with a pen or you can download and save this form on your computer, then open it in Adobe Reader and select the "Fill & Sign" option, use the "Add Checkmark" option to tick the boxes and "Add Text" option to fill in the details at the bottom, save the changes and send me the document by email. It's not as complicated as it sounds and it saves you postage if you are paying by bank transfer/BACS.
Now you simply have to pay, in order of preference you can:
Pay by BACS (Bank transfer using online banking): to the bank details on the bottom of the form. Don't forget to put "XMAS" and your membership number as the reference for the payment (so we know where the money came from and what it's for).
Pay by cash: If you happen to live near me or expect to see me at a village hall meet for example, you can bring your form and the right cash to me.
Pay by cheque: Make your cheque payable to:

Make sure you put the right amount of
